The Meierhof district is a historically significant part of the municipality of Triesen in the Principality of Liechtenstein. It is situated on a gentle slope overlooking the Rhine Valley floor and is distinguished by its well-preserved architectural substance, parts of which are under heritage protection. The settlement history of Meierhof dates back several centuries and was originally closely linked to the agricultural cultivation of the surrounding fields and vineyards. Over time, the area evolved from a purely agriculturally oriented farm estate into an attractive residential quarter that has nonetheless managed to preserve its village character. The architecture in Meierhof reflects the transition from traditional peasant construction methods to the more modern architecture of the 20th century. Today, the neighborhood is a vital component of Triesen's social infrastructure and, due to its location, also provides direct access to the hiking trails of the Liechtenstein mountain world. The preservation of historical facades contributes significantly to the characteristic appearance of the community.
