Beograđanka, officially known as the Belgrade Palace, is one of the most recognizable skyscrapers in the Serbian capital. Built between 1969 and 1974 and designed by architect Branko Pešić, the building was the tallest in Yugoslavia at the time of its completion, reaching a height of 101 meters. The skyscraper is located at the intersection of Kralja Milana and Masarykova streets in downtown Belgrade. Its design is characterized by a dark glass and aluminum facade, which gives the building a sleek, modernist appearance. For decades, it was the headquarters of the Studio B radio and TV station and home to numerous corporate and administrative offices. The top floor once featured a panoramic restaurant and observation deck, providing a 360-degree view of the city and the Danube confluence. Today, Beograđanka remains a landmark of late 20th-century urban architecture in Belgrade.
