💡 Tips

  • Bring warm layers even in summer, as the mountain evenings get surprisingly cool.
  • On winter weekends, the area gets very crowded with skiers; arrive early to secure a parking spot near the slopes.
  • The air here is famous for its health benefits; take time to simply walk and breathe deeply.
  • Many paths are unmarked, so downloading an offline hiking map is recommended before venturing far from the main village.
