Gacko

Gacko is a highly distinctive city located at a high altitude in the southeastern part of Republika Srpska, within the deeply historical region of Eastern Herzegovina. The municipality is situated on the expansive Gatačko polje karstic field and is characterized by a harsh, almost alpine climate that sharply contrasts with the rest of Herzegovina.
