With an annual production capacity exceeding 300,000 vehicles, it is one of the nation's largest employers and exports passenger cars to numerous CIS countries. The plant features state-of-the-art welding, painting, and assembly lines, while also stimulating local supplier networks through extensive localization projects. Its strategic importance to the national economy is immense, providing a solid foundation for Uzbekistan's entire mechanical engineering sector.

The factory grounds are usually not open to the public, but the huge halls are well visible from the main road. Occasional factory tours are offered for organized groups, which must be booked in advance.

The best viewpoint is the main road A373 right in front of the main gate, from where you can see the entire factory front and logistics area. From the southern hill near Asaka you have an elevated perspective on the entire complex.
