Goryachinsk / Tobyl Hot Springs

Goryachinsk is a legendary spa destination on the eastern shore of Lake Baikal in the Republic of Buryatia. Established in 1751, it is the oldest health resort in the region, centered around nitrogen-rich thermal springs that emerge from the earth at temperatures exceeding 50°C. These mineral waters and local therapeutic muds are widely used for treating skin and joint conditions, as well as for general detoxification.
