It has grown into a significant industrial and commercial hub due to its strategic location on the highway and railway line connecting Belgrade and Novi Sad, Serbia's two largest cities. Historically, the town was settled by Germans in the 18th century and later by Slovaks, resulting in a rich multicultural heritage that is still evident in the local culture today. While primarily an industrial town, Nova Pazova gives a quiet and well-organized living environment. The town is home to modern amenities, including sports facilities, parks, and cultural centers.
