The Namanve Industrial and Business Park, officially known as the Kampala Industrial and Business Park (KIBP), is the largest industrial zone in Uganda. Spanning over 890 hectares, it is located approximately 15 kilometers east of Kampala along the main highway to Jinja. Managed by the Uganda Investment Authority (UIA), the park aims to attract foreign direct investment and bolster local manufacturing capabilities. It hosts hundreds of companies across various sectors, including food processing, construction materials, logistics, and pharmaceuticals. By providing modern infrastructure such as paved roads, reliable electricity, and water systems, Namanve has transformed the country's industrial landscape.
