Plužana Waterfall, often also known as Duš-Plužana, is located in the Konče municipality in eastern North Macedonia. It is situated on the Plužanska River, a tributary of the Kriva Lakavica River, within the pristine natural environment of the Lakavica Valley. The waterfall is approximately 10 to 12 meters high, cascading over limestone and conglomerate rock formations into a small natural pool. The surrounding area is characterized by dense riparian vegetation and a hilly forested landscape that is particularly lively during the spring and autumn months. Access to the waterfall is adventurous, as it requires navigating unmarked forest paths, making it a quiet find for hikers seeking solitude away from the crowds. Geologically, the formation of the falls is due to the differential erosion of rock layers of varying hardness by the river.
