Tučepi is located in the heart of Dalmatia and is a prime example of Croatian coastal tourism. The settlement stretches along a narrow strip of coastline dominated by the imposing limestone cliffs of the Biokovo mountain range. The history of the town dates back to ancient times, as evidenced by Roman findings in the Gradac area, but its modern significance was established in the second half of the 20th century. The town is proud of its four-kilometer-long, gently sloping pebble beach, considered one of the most beautiful and safest for families. Along the seaside promenade, numerous restaurants, cafes, and hotels line up, offering local seafood and premium wines. In addition to beach tourism, Tučepi is an excellent starting point for hiking and climbing in the Biokovo Nature Park. The hospitality of the locals and the well-suited combination of mountain scenery and the azure sea make Tučepi a timeless destination for those seeking relaxation.
