Where to view it

The best view of the plant is from the road to Huye (RN1), where the drying terraces with coffee beans lie in the sun. From the hills east of Huye one can overlook the entire facility including the fermentation tanks.

The main coffee processing season is harvest time from March to May and October to December, when the plant runs at full capacity. In between, maintenance is carried out, but small quantities can be processed year-round.
