Base

Base is a strategically vital town in the Rulindo District of Rwanda's Northern Province, primarily recognized as a major national transportation hub. It marks the critical junction where the RN1 highway, connecting Kigali to the Ugandan border at Gatuna, meets the RN4 highway, the primary route to the Musanze tourism region and Volcanoes National Park.
