The Manuc Bei Mansion in Hîncești is an outstanding architectural monument of the early 19th century in the Republic of Moldova. It was commissioned by Manuc Bei Mirzaian, an influential Armenian diplomat and merchant, following the Treaty of Bucharest in 1812. The estate is characterized by its French Classicist style and includes several structures, such as the Princely Palace, the Hunting Lodge, and a vast landscape park. After Manuc Bei's death, his descendants completed the construction, with the architect Alexander Bernardazzi later involved in its renovation. During the Soviet era, the building served as a technical college before undergoing extensive restoration in recent years to restore its original grandeur as a museum complex. Today, it stands as one of Moldova's most important tourist destinations, offering insights into the aristocratic lifestyle of that period.
