Ab-o-Atash Park (Iran)

Weather…

Ab-o-Atash Park, whose name literally translates to Water and Fire, is a highly modern and conceptual urban park located in the Abbasabad neighborhood of Tehran. Inaugurated in 2009 over an area of 2.4 hectares, the park stands out for its innovative design that playfully combines the two primal elements. Its main attractions include four impressive 10-meter-tall steel towers that shoot spectacular flames into the night sky. These towers are surrounded by extensive interactive ground-level fountains, which are exceptionally popular with families and children during the summer. The park also features premium facilities for extreme sports enthusiasts, including a professional 4,500-square-meter skatepark. The multi-level, internationally awarded Tabiat Bridge connects Ab-o-Atash directly to the adjacent forested Taleghani Park.
