Getting there
The pass is reachable from Mokhotlong via a tarred road that turns into a gravel track just before the border. A normal car usually makes it, but in rain a 4x4 is helpful.

Cross the pass early in the morning to catch the best light and avoid possible afternoon thunderstorms. Bring warm clothing as it can be cool at the top even in summer.
