The Žumberak-Samoborsko gorje Nature Park stretches along the border with Slovenia, covering an area of approximately 342 square kilometers. Numerous hiking and cycling trails wind through the diverse landscape, passing waterfalls like Sopotski Slap and the remains of ancient castles.
