Sevid na Moru is a small tourist settlement in the municipality of Marina, located on a beautiful peninsula between Split and Šibenik. The place is synonymous with untouched nature and peace, as it is located away from main roads and large hotel complexes. The coast of Sevid is characterized by numerous small bays with pebble beaches and crystal-clear turquoise water. The history of the place is connected to the church of Saint Vitus (Sveti Vid), after which the place was named. Today, Sevid is a popular destination for boaters and families looking for a relaxed vacation. There are no large nightclubs or loud entertainment, but there are excellent opportunities for snorkeling, diving, and fishing. Accommodations mainly consist of private apartments and holiday homes directly by the sea. Local fishermen offer fresh fish daily, and high-quality olive oil and wine are produced in the surroundings. The famous towns of Trogir (UNESCO World Heritage) and Primošten are reachable in about 20 to 30 minutes by car, making Sevid a great starting point for excursions.
