Floridablanca

Floridablanca is a dynamic city in the Santander Department and forms an integral part of the Bucaramanga metropolitan area. Founded on November 7, 1817, the city is known nationwide as Colombia's 'Sweets Capital,' particularly famous for the production of obleas, traditional thin wafers filled with caramel.
