Mozyr Oil Refinery (Belarus)

Weather…

The Mozyr Oil Refinery, commissioned in 1975, represents one of the most critical pillars of the Belarusian national economy. It benefits enormously from its strategic location directly on the 'Druzhba' oil pipeline, which ensures a continuous and cost-effective supply of Russian crude oil. The refinery has been highly modernized and specializes in the production of premium-grade fuels that meet the strictest European environmental and quality standards, notably by minimizing sulfur content. Employing approximately 5,000 highly skilled workers, the plant is a major employer in the Gomel region, significantly driving the local economy. A large portion of its output, which includes gasoline, diesel, fuel oil, and liquefied petroleum gas, is earmarked for export to neighboring European countries.
