Weather…

Jebel Mebrah, also known as Jabal Mebrah, is a prominent mountain peak in the Hajar range on the border between the United Arab Emirates and Oman. Standing at approximately 1,500 metres, it is one of the highest elevations in the region, offering an impressive view of the rugged relief of the eastern mountain chain. Access to the mountain is possible via a steep, paved road originally built for telecommunications maintenance. The microclimate on Jebel Mebrah is significantly cooler compared to the coastal plains, making it an attractive destination for exploration, especially during the hot summer months. Geologically, the mountain is composed mainly of limestone rich in marine deposits. During the winter months, temperatures on the heights of the mountain can occasionally drop quite low, nearing the freezing point. Its remote location ensures an unspoiled natural setting, highly valued by hikers and nature enthusiasts.
