Kemer
Kemer is the place where nature and luxury meet. The city's unique feature is that high mountains rise directly from the coast, creating a dramatic panorama. Visitors can enjoy the cleanliness of the pebble beaches and the elegance of the modern yacht marina. Nearby Goynuk Canyon gives excellent opportunities for hiking and canyoning, while the cable car to Mount Tahtalı takes you to an altitude of 2,365 meters, providing a view of the entire coastline. For history buffs, the nearby ancient cities of Phaselis and Olympos offer much to explore in the shade of pine forests. The culinary scene is dominated by fresh mountain trout and Mediterranean vegetables. Kemer's nightlife is also famous, with several large open-air clubs welcoming party-goers during the peak season. The city is located southwest of Antalya, less than an hour from the airport. Kemer shows its most beautiful face in spring and early summer, when nature is lush but the heat is not yet too intense for mountain excursions.
