Sijung Lake

Sijung Lake is a pretty coastal lagoon located on the eastern shore of North Korea, specifically in the Tongchon County of Kangwon Province. Covering an area of about 2.9 square kilometers with a circumference of nearly 12 kilometers, the lake was formed by the accumulation of sand bars that separated it from the Sea of Japan.
