Sareiserjoch is located at an elevation of approximately 2,000 meters above the mountain village of Malbun in eastern Liechtenstein. It serves as a central pass and vantage point in the Rätikon range, marking the connection between the Malbun Valley and the Gamperdona Valley in Austria. The pass is accessible via a chairlift from Malbun, which brings visitors to the Sareis mountain restaurant. This point marks the start of the famous Princess Gina Trail (Fürstin-Gina-Weg), a panoramic hiking route that leads over Augstenberg to the Pfälzerhütte hut. Sareiserjoch gives an expansive view over the Samina Valley and the surrounding peaks of Liechtenstein. In winter, the area is a vital part of the Malbun ski resort, while in summer, it serves as a starting point for numerous alpine hikes. Its exposed location makes it a convenient spot for observing alpine birds of prey and local flora.

Sareiserjoch is a mountain pass above Malbun, accessible on foot year-round. The pass features a striking panoramic view of the Rätikon peaks and is a popular starting point for high-altitude hikes.

As it is an open natural area, there are no opening hours. The best time to visit is from June to October when the trails are snow-free and well passable.
