Monte Cucuzzo is a mountain in the Sicily region, in the northeastern part of the island, in the province of Messina. It is part of the Peloritani Mountains and reaches 1,512 m. The mountain is covered by Mediterranean maquis and forests of holm oak, cork oak, and pine. The region is geologically complex, mainly metamorphic and sedimentary rocks. Monte Cucuzzo is an important watershed and source of several rivers. The surrounding area is rural, with small villages like San Piero Patti and Montalbano Elicona. The mountain is a popular hiking destination, with trails through pristine nature. Wildlife includes wild boars, hares, and various bird species. Historically, the area was the scene of battles during the Sicilian Vespers (1282). Monte Cucuzzo gives views of the Tyrrhenian Sea and the Aeolian Islands. The local economy is based on agriculture (olives, wine) and tourism.

Monte Cucuzzo is accessible from the towns of Fiumefreddo Bruzio or Mendicino in the province of Cosenza. Mountain roads lead to the starting points of the hiking trails at the base of the mountain.
