Bubullimë is a rural municipality in Fier County, located in the southern part of the Myzeqe plain near the city of Lushnjë. The region is at the core of Albanian agriculture, with Bubullimë benefiting from the vast, flat plains and artificial irrigation canals established during the socialist era to drain former marshlands. Today, the settlement is a major producer of cereals, corn, and especially greenhouse vegetables, which are exported throughout the region. Geographically, the village is situated near the Seman River, whose alluvial deposits make the soil exceptionally fertile. Despite its strong agricultural character, Bubullimë has developed modern infrastructure that facilitates the transport of produce to markets in Central Albania. Culturally, the town reflects the traditions of the Myzeqe region, with a way of life closely tied to the seasonal rhythms of harvesting. In recent years, investments in agricultural technology and food processing have further strengthened Bubullimë's importance as an economic pillar of the Lushnjë district.
