Getting there
Shark Bay is on the east coast of Espiritu Santo and reachable by car or taxi from Luganville. The drive takes about 30 minutes on a partly unpaved road. Parking is available at the end of the access road.

Bring snorkeling gear - the seagrass meadows are full of colorful fish and sea turtles. There are no beach bars, so pack enough food and drinks. Watch out for sea urchins in the shallow water when entering.
