Singamba Forest

The Singamba Forest is located in the Moyamba District of the Southern Province of Sierra Leone and represents an important relic of the original lowland rainforest. This forestry zone is part of a larger ecological network connecting coastal areas with the hilly interior. The topography is largely flat to gently undulating, making the forest particularly vulnerable to agricultural uses.
