The main stupa is 40 meters tall and is surrounded by 864 smaller stupas that create a forest-like appearance. Inside the prayer hall, every available surface is covered with rows of small Buddha statues, totaling over 580.000 images. The design of the temple differs significantly from traditional Burmese pagodas, drawing inspiration from various architectural styles. It serves as a major religious landmark and center for education.
