The Tsenkher Hot Springs are located in the Tsenkher district of Arkhangai Province, set in the mountainous heart of Mongolia. These natural thermal springs emerge from the ground at temperatures reaching up to 86.5 degrees Celsius, ranking them among the hottest in the country. The water is highly mineralized, containing sulfur, sodium carbonate, and fluoride, which are believed to have therapeutic properties for joint pain and skin conditions. The springs are set in an easy on the eye valley at an elevation of about 1,860 meters, surrounded by lush Siberian larch forests and rolling alpine hills. The thermal water is funneled into various man-made pools within tourist camps, allowing visitors to relax in a serene natural environment. The facility can be visited all year round and features relaxing bathing experiences in outdoor pools operated by various local tourist camps. Bathing in the mineral-rich thermal water surrounded by the pristine nature of the Mongolian steppe is one of the main attractions for visitors.

The thermal baths of the camps are usually accessible from the early morning hours until late at night, allowing for a special bath under the starry sky. The exact times depend largely on the respective camp, but are mostly designed very generously for the guests staying there.
