The Sainshand Industrial Park in Dornogovi Province is a strategic hub designed to facilitate the industrial transformation of Mongolia. What is this place?

The best view is from the main road leading south from Sainshand, on the hills north of the site. From there, a wide panorama of the entire park and the surrounding desert landscape unfolds.

In the nearby town of Sainshand, local handicrafts made from cashmere wool and felt are sold. Typical for the region are also dried yak milk products and Mongolian salted tea, which travelers can find at markets.
