Getting there
The eco-park is located in the northern Jordan Valley and is best accessed by private or rented car via the region's main highways. The approach roads are generally well-signposted, leading visitors directly to the main reception center.
Best season
Late winter and early spring, roughly from February to April, offer the most pleasant conditions as the landscape becomes notably green and blooming. The summer months in the Jordan Valley can be intensely hot, making extended hiking uncomfortable.
Terrain & paths
The terrain comprises gentle rolling hills, shaded wooded sections, and unpaved nature trails that wind through the rehabilitated habitats. While some paths can be slightly uneven or stony, they typically present no major technical difficulties for walkers.
What to bring
Sturdy, closed-toe walking shoes are highly recommended for comfortably exploring the dirt nature trails. Visitors should be sure to bring plenty of drinking water, reliable sun protection, and ideally binoculars for observing the diverse local birdlife.
