Mount Kleť, at 1,084 meters, is the highest peak of the Blanský Forest in South Bohemia and a prominent landmark of the Český Krumlov region. At its summit stands the oldest stone lookout tower in the Czech Republic, the Josef Tower, built as early as 1825. In addition to the historical tower, a 172-meter-high television tower dominates the mountain's silhouette.
