Located in the heart of Central Dalmatia, Rogoznica features one of the most protected harbors on the Adriatic. The town center originally developed on a small island, which was connected to the mainland in the 19th century. The most famous natural phenomenon in the area is Dragon's Eye (Zmajevo oko), a saltwater karst lake that communicates with the sea through a unique cave system. For divers and sea lovers, the crystal-clear waters and jagged coastline offer countless secrets to discover. Along the 54-kilometer coastline, numerous small bays and pebble beaches await visitors, where the scent of pine forests mixes with the salty sea breeze. Local gastronomy centers around fresh fish and the famous Babic wine, sourced from the nearby hills of Primošten.
