Dating back to the 11th and 12th centuries, the tower exhibits a characteristic Lombard style with three levels and twin windows. The main nave underwent extensive expansion and renovation in the 17th and 20th centuries, yet it maintained its role as Encamp's primary parish church. A unique feature is the semicircular apse, which was reconstructed following a fire in the 20th century. Inside, the church houses a significant 12th-century baptismal font and several Baroque altarpieces. The complex also includes a small cemetery and a public square that serves as a social gathering point, symbolizing the blend of tradition and modernity.
