Saadani National Park

Saadani National Park has a safari experience that is unique in the world: it is the only place in Tanzania where you can see elephants on the beach. The park covers an area of about 1,100 square kilometers and includes both marine habitats and classic African savannah. Here, the bush directly meets the deep blue ocean. The wildlife in Saadani is diverse. In addition to elephants, giraffes, and lions, visitors can observe hippos and crocodiles during boat safaris on the Wami River.
