Bad Rodach is a tradition-rich town in the Upper Franconian Coburg region, welcoming travelers with genuine Franconian hospitality and recovery facilities. The main attraction of the town is the ThermeNatur, a wellness complex whose state-recognized healing waters are extracted from a depth of one thousand meters, providing muscle relaxation in several warm indoor and outdoor pools. A well-equipped sauna landscape featuring a rustic earth sauna and regular steam infusions complements the health offerings. The market square of Bad Rodach is lined with restored timber-framed houses, giving the center a typically Franconian appearance. From here, the surrounding area can be ideally explored on foot or by bicycle: the slightly hilly countryside, with its forests and fields, has a very well-signposted trail network.
