Minvoul is a strategically important small town in northern Gabon, located in the Woleu-Ntem province near the border with Cameroon. The settlement serves as the administrative center of the Haut-Ntem department and is deeply rooted in the dense equatorial rainforest region. Historically, the region was a significant hub for trade between the local Fang communities and neighboring territories. The local economy is primarily based on agriculture, particularly the cultivation of cocoa and coffee, as well as sustainable forestry.
