The area is one of the most fertile in Northern Dalmatia, reflected in its extensive vineyards and olive groves. Historically, the settlement is closely linked to the Perušić fortress, whose ruins tower above the village. In the immediate vicinity lie the remains of the ancient city of Asseria, a significant archaeological destination. Visitors can taste homemade wine and high-quality olive oil directly from the producers. The flat landscape is excellent for long walks or bike rides through the fields. Due to its proximity to the A1 highway, the village is easily accessible and features a quiet alternative to the coastal tourism of Zadar.
