Caño Cristales

Caño Cristales is frequently hailed as the most beautiful river in the world. Located in the Serranía de la Macarena National Park, it transforms into a memorable kaleidoscope of colors, red, yellow, green, blue, and black, thanks to an endemic aquatic plant called Macarenia clavigera. Visitors travel here to witness this rare and magical phenomenon, hiking through lush tropical savannas and swimming in designated, crystal-clear natural pools.
