The Ethnographic House in Dobrich is a prominent example of Bulgarian National Revival architecture in the Dobruja region. Built in 1860 for a wealthy merchant, the house is now part of the 'Old Dobrich' architectural complex. The building features characteristic wooden elements, wide eaves, and a functional layout typical of 19th-century urban residences. Today, the house serves as a museum documenting the daily life, traditions, and crafts of the people in Dobruja during the late 19th and early 20th centuries. The exhibition includes an impressive collection of traditional costumes, agricultural tools, and ornately carved furniture. The interior courtyard and the period-furnished rooms provide visitors with an authentic insight into the lifestyle of a prosperous Bulgarian household of that era, showcasing the cultural identity of the region.
