Escaldes Wool Textile Mill

The Wool Textile Mill of Escaldes (Fàbrica de Llanes) is a significant witness to Andorra's early industrialization during the 19th and early 20th centuries. Thanks to the abundant hydraulic power of the Valira d'Orient river, a thriving textile industry was able to develop in Escaldes-Engordany.
