The Golden Bridge, known as Cau Vang, is an architectural masterpiece located in the Ba Na Hills near Da Nang. Since its opening in 2018, it has become one of Vietnam's most iconic landmarks. The 150-meter-long pedestrian bridge appears to be supported by two giant, artificially aged stone hands emerging from the mountainside. The design is intended to represent the hands of God pulling a golden thread from the earth. At an elevation of approximately 1,400 meters above sea level, the bridge gives sweeping views of the surrounding forests and the Da Nang coastline. Purple lobelia flowers are planted along the railings, creating a bustling contrast with the golden pathway. The bridge is part of a larger leisure complex accessible only by cable car. Despite its modern origin, it blends harmoniously into the misty mountain landscape and is a favorite destination for photographers worldwide.

Visiting
The Golden Bridge in Bà Nà Hills is a pedestrian bridge freely accessible to visitors. Access is via the cable car to Sun World Bà Nà Hills amusement park.
Typical hours
The park and bridge typically operate from 7:00 AM to 6:00 PM, with cable cars running from 7:30 AM. Last entry is usually one hour before closing.
Photography
Photography is allowed on the bridge and throughout the park, but drones are prohibited. Early morning hours provide the best light for capturing the giant stone hands.
Time needed
Allow at least two to three hours for the bridge and a walk around the park. Including the cable car ride and extra attractions, budget half a day.
Combine with
Combine your visit with a tour of Đà Nẵng or the ancient town of Hội An. The Marble Mountains are also nearby and worth a trip.
Getting there
Reach Bà Nà Hills by car or taxi from Đà Nẵng in about 40 minutes. The cable car station is at the mountain base with parking available.
