Visiting
The spectacular vertical rainforest is entirely enclosed within an impressive glass biodome. Visitors follow a spiral path winding down around a massive artificial life-sustaining tree, interacting closely with diverse flora and fauna.
Typical hours
The facility is typically open seven days a week from morning until early evening. It is highly recommended to arrive right at opening time to witness the highest activity levels of the animals and to avoid the larger afternoon crowds.
Photography
The lush green interior and exotic wildlife create incredible photographic opportunities. However, flash photography is strictly prohibited inside the biodome to protect the sensitive eyes of the nocturnal animals and free-flying birds.
Time needed
Plan for roughly two to three hours to fully experience the attraction, which allows enough time to slowly walk through all the ecological levels, attend scheduled animal encounters, and talk to the knowledgeable on-site biologists.
