The estate was surrounded by a sprawling landscape park designed according to the prevailing European horticultural standards of the time. Throughout the Soviet era, the building suffered extensive damage and was repurposed for various administrative functions, resulting in the loss of much of its original interior decoration. Despite these changes, the site remains a vital testament to the aristocratic culture of Podolia, reflecting the former wealth and influence of the regional landed gentry.
