The protected area is conveniently reached via a very short, direct drive from the bustling center of Blantyre, featuring well-signposted suburban routes leading right to the main gate.

It is generally wonderfully accessible continuously year-round, but the designated dry season spanning May to October distinctly provides the absolute best conditions for mud-free walks.
