Specki is a quiet residential neighborhood in the municipality of Schaan, distinguished by its family-friendly atmosphere and proximity to the town center. The district lies to the east of the main traffic arteries and benefits from a low-traffic location, primarily characterized by single-family homes and small apartment buildings. Geographically, Specki is situated at the transition from the flat valley floor to the gentle foothills of the mountain massif, resulting in a slight slope in parts of the quarter. The infrastructure is well-developed, with short distances to schools, shopping facilities, and cultural institutions in Schaan. Historically, Specki developed during the population growth of the second half of the 20th century, as Schaan grew into the largest town in the Principality.
