Bali Bird Park is a botanically designed avian sanctuary located in Batubulan, north of Denpasar, spanning approximately two hectares and housing an impressive collection of birds. Since its opening in 1995, the park has evolved into one of Southeast Asia's most significant facilities for the conservation and display of rare avian species. The park is divided into several geographical zones, including Indonesia, Africa, and South America, and is home to over 1,000 birds representing about 250 different species. A major highlight is the successful breeding program for the endangered Bali Starling, the island's national bird. The park's paths are lined with lush tropical vegetation featuring over 2,000 plant species, providing a natural habitat for the inhabitants. In addition to wildlife observation, the park hosts interactive flight shows and feeding sessions aimed at increasing conservation awareness. The neighboring Rimba Reptil reptile park is often visited in conjunction with the bird sanctuary.
