A traditional, air-dried raw pork sausage. The pride of the region. Be sure to buy it at an artisanal butcher shop right in town.
A rich sheet cake topped with a thick layer of sour cream (Schmand). You will find it freshly baked in the traditional bakeries.
Another premium raw sausage from the Eichsfeld, aged in a specific shape. A great souvenir for foodies.
