Hansa-Park Sierksdorf (Germany)

Weather…

Hansa-Park in Sierksdorf on the Baltic Sea coast is Germany's only theme park located directly by the sea and was originally opened in 1973 as Legoland. Following its renaming to Hansaland in 1977 and finally to Hansa-Park in 1987, it evolved into a premier destination with around 1.4 million annual visitors. The overarching theme is the Hanseatic League, which is reflected in the meticulously detailed design of its eleven themed worlds, such as the 'Hanseatic Adventure Land'. Among its most spectacular attractions is the roller coaster 'The Oath of Kärnan', which stands 73 meters high and features a world-exclusive reverse vertical drop within its tower. The park spans an area of approximately 46 hectares and has over 125 attractions for all ages. A specific highlight is the parade that regularly passes through the park, creating a festive maritime atmosphere. By combining coastal flair, historical themes, and state-of-the-art ride technology, Hansa-Park holds a unique position within the German leisure park landscape.
