Pisak is a scenic fishing village on the Omiš Riviera, known for its exceptional sea quality. Tucked away from the main road, it has preserved a quiet and peaceful atmosphere, handy for families and those seeking relaxation. The village is built in terraces on steep slopes, granting almost every house a spectacular view of the Brač Channel and the opposite island of Brač. The beaches here feature fine white pebbles, and the water shimmers in animated turquoise tones. A unique feature nearby is the Vrula Bay, where underground springs of the Cetina river emerge in the sea, providing refreshingly cool and clean water. In Pisak, there are cozy restaurants right by the harbor serving fresh fish and local wines. The area has opportunities for snorkeling, kayaking, and hiking in the surrounding hills. For adventurers, the nearby town of Omiš is a hub for rafting and canyoning on the Cetina river. Access is very easy via the coastal road (Magistrale) between Split and Makarska, with Pisak offering the excellent balance between seclusion and accessibility.
